24 Hours in Tagaytay

For the much needed break, we decided to spend a weekend at Tagaytay. You think you've been there before? Think again. This place has transformed (we cannot do anything about the heat, though. Summer stinks.)

Mijo Hotel. Affordable rate (1800 a night for a comfortable and clean room, friendly staff) We found this thru forums and personal recommendation from Aps. Medyo hassle lang sa parking space. Babalik pa ba kami? Maybe after trying those 5 star-hotels we initially wanted but later decided it might not be worthy after all (kasi balak talaga namin maglagalag sa Tagaytay, not stay at the hotel for the whole day)

First stop: RSM Restaurant

Sitting pretty by the window. Mahangin.

2nd Stop: Bag of Beans

Dito kami nag-snack. I don't know what's the fuss all about. Giant pancake! We ordered Banana Walnut (3pcs/order) and 2 Guyabano shake (sarap!). Total bill was 300++. Will I visit again?

Peso power: 7 (masarap kasi yung food)

3rd Stop: Antonio's Restaurant

Medyo malayo from the main road. Sosy yung sa gate pa lang. We heard kelangan ng reservation to actually dine in. Sayang. From what I've heard, sarap daw ng food dito. Tsaka maganda yung garden.

4th Stop: The Flower Farm.

Curious kami. Baka sakali mag picture-picture dito. Sows.... anlayo lalo from main road. Nyahaha. Sabi nila sarado na 'to. Di na siguro pwede for the public. Nakakapagod na rin. Tsaka palubog na yung araw. Uwian na lang.

5th Stop: Green ATS Bulalohan

Top favorite kainan sa Tagaytay! Secret lang sana 'to. Bbq = 25 pesos. The best talaga. Main reason why I don't order Bulalo in Manila is because I fear I'd end up comparing it to their bulalo. Pag napadaan kayo dito and di nyo ni-try, your loss =P
