Today, I write about the hardest things on the early stage of L. Crush on these scenarios:
1. He/She is not aware of your existence.
~ Ikaw ay nagpapaganda/nagpapapogi araw-araw para sa 20 seconds nyong pagsasalubong. Pagkatapos non....wala na. Kinabukasan na ulit. Haaaay.
2. He/She knows you, but maintains the distance.
~ Ouch, what's wrong with the world momma? Este what's wrong with you? This is the 1 million dollar question in your head that you're not allowed to ask to anyone except your subconscious.
3. He/She is conversing with you.
~ I know, I know you'd think it's good! But nooooo. You forgot that we're on the crush stage. Therefore, it's expected that you're either too dumb to speak intelligently or too "high" to behave like a normal homosapien.
4. He/She is a friend.
~ Aww. Bitter-sweet. Most of us can't take it. Because the stakes are too high. The nerve-wrecking question is: Is telling the truth worth losing the friendship?
5. He/She is liked by half of the other gender's populace.
~ Getting good attention is hard. Maintaining the attention is harder.
6. The "half of the other gender's populace" is composed of your friends.
~ One good example why birds of the same feather flock together.
7. He/She asked you to find him/her a date.
~ Often happens when the two of you are buddies. People in this situation have different ways of handling it. In my case, I oblige blindfolded.
8. He/She finally told you who he/she likes.
~ As the song precisely said "Sana di mo na lang sinabi, hindi ko naman tinatanong".
9. He/She sends mixed signals.
~ Uso na ang card reader, pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa ring nabibiling portable mind reader.
10. Surprisingly, it's you.
~ Crap. Why, why, why? Now unless your admiration for the person has transformed, you will suddenly find yourself losing interest...time to say "Next please!"
